The short answer: In the US, you buy RINGANA directly from RINGANA at ringana.us, either on your own or through an independent partner like me. RINGANA isn’t sold on Amazon or in stores. Standard shipping is $8 and free on orders over $100, and delivery takes 2–7 business days.

Why you won’t find RINGANA on Amazon
RINGANA makes its products fresh in small batches and sells them directly, not through retailers or online marketplaces. In the US, the authorized way to order is RINGANA’s own website, ringana.us. Independent partners like me can help you order, but we don’t resell products.
If you come across RINGANA on a marketplace, it doesn’t come from RINGANA’s authorized channel. You can’t know how old or how fresh it is, and you lose RINGANA’s customer service and return policy. For fresh skincare, I’d always order directly.
Returns & customer service
You can return products within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact RINGANA customer service first at service.usa@ringana.com; returns need to be approved before you send anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method. And of course you can always ask me.

No. RINGANA isn’t sold through Amazon or stores. In the US, you order directly at ringana.us, on your own or through an independent partner.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. RINGANA asks every customer to create a free account once, and you need to be at least 18. You don’t have to become a partner.
How much is shipping to the US?
Standard shipping is $8 and free on orders over $100. Express shipping is $18, and next-day shipping is $50.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 2–7 business days, and express shipping takes 2 business days.
Which payment methods can I use?
Debit and credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay.
Do I pay sales tax?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Can I order together with friends?
Yes, with a collective order: several customers’ orders go to one address, and standard shipping is free over $120. Ask me and I’ll explain how it works.

RINGANA USA, LLC is RINGANA’s US company, based in Roanoke, Virginia. It processes your order and takes care of customer service. RINGANA itself was founded in Austria in 1996.
